Thailand Trip Terms and Conditions

By booking this trip, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Visa Application & Responsibility

We will manage the visa processing on your behalf, including guiding you through the preparation of required documents. You will be required to attend the embassy in person to submit your application and answer any necessary questions. We will ensure you are well-prepared for this step.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information. Any delays or visa rejections caused by incorrect or missing information will be your responsibility.

Our visa processing service is included in the trip fee. However, the visa application fee of £30, payable to the embassy, is not included in your trip deposit and must be paid separately.

2. Visa Approval & Entry Disclaimer

Visa approval is at the sole discretion of immigration authorities. While we will assist in the process, approval cannot be guaranteed.

Possession of a visa does not guarantee entry into Thailand. Final entry decisions are made by immigration officials at the border. If entry is denied, we are not liable for any resulting losses, and no refunds will be issued.

3. Flight Booking & Missed Flights

All flight bookings will be arranged and managed by us.

Travellers must arrive at the airport on time with all required documentation. If a flight is missed due to personal reasons (e.g., lateness, missing documents), the traveller is responsible for all rebooking costs. No refunds or alternate arrangements will be provided.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable once visa processing or flight booking has begun.

If your visa is denied, the cost of the visa application and flight booking will be deducted from your deposit. Any remaining balance will be refunded.

If you cancel after your visa has been approved, no refunds will be issued for the deposit, visa, or flight costs.

Any cancellation fees imposed by airlines, hotels, or other service providers will be your responsibility.

5. Behaviour & Respect

We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable group experience. All participants are expected to treat fellow travellers, organisers, and local hosts with respect.

Disruptive behaviour, rudeness, or refusal to follow group guidelines may result in removal from the trip without a refund.

Respect for local customs and laws in Thailand is mandatory at all times.

6. Itinerary & Changes

While we aim to adhere to the planned itinerary, changes may occur due to flight schedules, weather, or local regulations.

Any major changes will be communicated to travellers as early as possible.

7. Health, Safety & Travel Insurance

Please notify us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or special assistance needs.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or other unforeseen events.

We are not liable for any medical expenses or incidents during the trip.

8. Accommodation & Room Sharing

By joining this trip, you agree to share accommodation with another traveller and are expected to treat your roommate respectfully.

In case of any roommate conflicts, we will do our best to mediate, but no refunds will be issued due to personal disagreements.

9. Compliance with Local Laws

All travellers must adhere to the laws, customs, and cultural expectations of Thailand.

Any legal issues resulting from a traveller’s actions are their sole responsibility.

10. Liability Waiver

We are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or delays caused by airlines, hotels, or third-party service providers.

Participation in this trip is at your own risk. We strongly advise obtaining personal travel insurance for your protection.
